My Journey

My sister blessed me awhile ago by giving me a book she’d come across.  It was a daily devotional book written some nearly 80 yrs ago by a lady with the same surname as us.  Although their line died out her book lives on, and the title “Gleaning among the Sheaves” inspired my Blog Site title.

My blog contains nuggets from my journey with God.  It’s about searching for the nuggets or truths God wants to teach us through lives journey.  Gleaning from among the Sheaves for that which God has there for us.

One thing I have learned over the years, our journey is line upon line, precept upon precept.  As we grow in our understanding we grow an enlarged understanding of the truths God has given us.  These snippets come from my journey as it has been.   While I have been blessed by them, they are a tool only for you in your own journey with God.  My hope is that you too are blessed in your own journey
